About these terms
This website is operated by ArbLogic SW. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Website information is general
The content on this website is for general information only. It is not a substitute for a site-specific survey, report or professional opinion, and should not be relied upon in place of commissioning advice for your particular trees, site or equipment. Requirements vary from site to site — please get in touch for advice tailored to your circumstances.
The nature of arboricultural advice
Trees are living organisms and their condition changes over time. Any survey, assessment or report we provide reflects a professional opinion based on the trees and conditions observed at the time of inspection, using the methods and standards appropriate to the brief (for example BS5837:2012 or QTRA).
No inspection can guarantee that a tree will not fail, or that defects not reasonably detectable at the time of inspection are absent. Our recommendations are intended to help manage and reduce risk to a reasonable level, not to eliminate it. Reports are valid only for the period stated within them, after which re-inspection may be required.
Reports are prepared for the commissioning client and for the specific purpose stated in them, and should not be relied upon by third parties, or for any other purpose, without our written agreement.
Liability
We take care to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of general website content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Our professional services are provided subject to a separate agreement and are covered by our professional indemnity insurance.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by or licensed to ArbLogic SW and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
