About ArbLogic SW
Independent arboricultural expertise
ArbLogic SW is the arboricultural consultancy of Elliott Bowerman — an independent, qualified consultant working with homeowners, developers, architects, land managers and tree surgeons across the South West of England.
As a consultant, my role is to assess and report — not to carry out the tree works. That independence matters: it means the advice you get is an honest picture of the trees on your site and clear, defensible recommendations, rather than a route to selling you a job.
From BS5837 surveys that keep a planning application moving, to QTRA risk assessments, mortgage and subsidence reports, protected-tree applications and LOLER inspections for climbing teams — everything is carried out to the relevant standards and written in plain English.

An advanced professional qualification in tree biology, assessment and management.

Licensed in Quantified Tree Risk Assessment — a recognised, proportionate method for evaluating tree risk.
LOLER Inspector (Arb)
Certified to carry out LOLER thorough examinations of climbing, rigging and lifting equipment.
